Ethan started preschool on August 30th! I'm so excited for him... He's been waiting all summer to go back to school. This year I changed things a bit... He was in a neighborhood preschool last year with 4 other boys... the problem was the boys were all in the school year ahead of Ethan. I wanted Ethan to get acquainted with kids that are in his school year and I ended up putting him in another neighborhood preschool group with 5 other kids, 4 girls and 1 other boy. It took about a day for Ethan to feel comfortable with his new school group. He asked to go to his other preschool group; he now refers to the kids as his "old" school friends and "new" school friends. I think he'll enjoy this new school group and will make some good friends!
